Oh Lufthansa, where do I begin with you? On one hand, your First Class product is absolutely amazing. Your efficiency, luxury, lounges and ability to pander to your premium clients are all top notch and leaves little to be desired. But on the other hand, everything else including your Business Class, Economy Class, and service to those passengers, leaves much to be desired.

Great report! I'm still in very much of a "Honeymoon" phase with Lufthansa right now ... have only flown with them in First long-haul and have had good experiences in Economy/Business intra-Europe. Your experience in Business seems very much in line with what others are saying. I don't think I'd go out of my way for LH Business ... I now have a newly found appreciation of United Business! Btw what a great fare ... $1800? Was that a United fare special? Do you remember roughly when you booked your ticket?
